The QPL Pledge
Continual improvement is woven into the fabric of every GSS process. The QPL framework ensures regular Process Performance Improvement (PPI) Assessments. Audited by assessors external to GSS Infotech, the assessments are conducted to satisfy our long term commitment to delivery excellence.

We began our journey of continual improvement in 2007 with ISO 9001 certification. Since then we achieved CMMI Level 3, adopted Information Security Management System through ISO 27001 and IT service management through ISO 20000. In 2011, GSS Infotech achieved CMMI level 5.
